What are the mistakes one do in stock market that make them loose all the capital and limit there profit?

Some of the most common mistakes are,
  1. Not holding position for more than 1.30 hours 
  2. Taking position early in the morning especially. between 9.20 to 9.45 pm (where the market is managing itself.
  3. Selling position (squaring off) too early due to loss of profit
